This section details our design/build construction experience starting in Hawaii in 1972, continuing with a move to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1984, the shift to Factory built housing products in 1993, and on to present. Representative projects chronicle 20 years of custom design//build residential homes using site built construction technique, and since 1993, subdivision and infill projects utilizing factory built units of all types. |
